| Description | This specification describes Boiler Blast Cleaning Services for the McKay Bay Waste to Energy (WTE) Facility for the use of the Solid Waste Department of the City of Tampa. Bid Bond None Woman-Owned/Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (WMBE) and Small/Local Business Enterprises (SLBE) are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The City of Tampa has a managed Small and Local Busineess program to certify both its woman-owned, minority-owned, and small business vendors. Please be advised that even if you have a self declared attribute on the portal, your firm must complete the City of Tampa certification process in order to take advantage of the program benefits in City bidding opportunities.
