Brevard County Utility Services Department Utility Contractor Services

Underground Utility Contractor Services for certain types of Capital construction projects as defined herein, relating to the County’s water and wastewater utility systems (Utility System). Brevard County seeks to prequalify properly licensed Utility Contractors (Contractors) interested in opportunities to bid on certain projects for the FY 2021-2022, FY 2022-2023 and FY 2023- 2024 for the Utility Services Department. Attached is a tentative listing (Attachment A) of the projects that would be included, but is subject to change. These construction projects will all involve one or more of the following categories of work: • Sanitary sewer lift station rehabilitation/Sanitary sewer lift station replacement; • Gravity sewer line relocation/Gravity sewer line replacement; • Sewer force main relocation or replacement; • Reclaimed water main relocation or replacement; • Potable water main relocation or replacement; • Water and Wastewater Treatment Facility projects; • Emergency Work for any of the above; All Contractors, which are accepted and prequalified subsequent to this Solicitation, shall be afforded the opportunity to submit a sealed bid for each project released by the Utility Services Department for construction.
