Interior renovations in the Media Center, Music, and Art Spaces. This work includes plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. Provide and install new flooring as scheduled. Prep ceiling for lighting and acoustic panel Installation. Provide and paint rooms as scheduled/specified. All tall storage, base and upper casework to be Provided and installed by district's vendor, typ. Contractor to provide wall base at for all tall Storage cabinets and base cabinets. New sink and faucets provided by the district's vendor, And installed by the gc. Refer to plumbing drawings For additional info. Base bid: existing uv to remain. Paint existing uv enclosure. Provide 1/4" finished painted plywood and wall base for The below uv enclosure. +/-27" high in art room and +/-16" in The music room. Alternate bid: provide and install new unit ventilator. Refer to mep for additional info. Provide and install new clock/intercom systems. Refer to mep for additional info. New chase wall top to be provided by district's Vendor.
