2019-2020 Flexible Pavement Rehabilitation

Scope of work: includes milling, repair of base failures, placement of level-up, placement of final surface course, intersections and driveway, edge treatment, storm sewer, inlets, junction boxes and clean-up. 1. General scope of work for project locations is as follows: A. Mill, Base repair, Overlay: Detroit, S. 2nd, S. 13th, S. 14th, S. 15th, and S. 37th. 2. Primary routes to be used for mobilization, material delivery, and hauling of milled/excavated material, are highway 69 and 347, FM 365, Avenue H, Nederland Avenue, and 27th Street. 3. Provide traffic control for one lane closure and/or detouring of traffic where road is closed to thru traffic. Refer to traffic control plan sheet for details. 4. Dispose of milling at owner's public work facilitied located on Hardy Avenue.
