Hull Street Parking Deck Expansion

The proposed Hull Street Parking Deck Expansion will provide an additional critical approximately 419 new spaces, including new ADA spaces, to increase the deck parking capacity to around 1938. The expansion will require excavation and demolition at the deck north exterior wall, and construction of new retaining walls. Also required will be the demolition of the adjacent Learning Ally Building #2614 immediately to the northwest (demolition and due diligence for which has been routed separately and in advance of this project request). The existing deck is anticipated to remain operational during demolition and construction.
