Description Includes, but is not limited to, All labor, material and equipment necessary to construct roadway improvements on Route 149 from near its intersection with Falmouth Road (Route 28) for approximately 1/2 mile north to its intersection with Lovell's Lane; on Main Street for approximately 1200 feet, east of the intersection of Main Street and Route 149; and on River Road for approximately 600 feet west of the intersection of River Road and Route 149 in the village of Marstons Mills in the Town of Barnstable, MA. Included in the work is the construction of raised crosswalks, reconfiguration of the Route 149, Main Street, and River Road intersection, roadway paving, installation of new granite curbing, installation of cement concrete and asphalt sidewalks, cement concrete curb ramps, signing, pavement markings, roadway street lighting, landscaping, drainage improvements, construction of a boardwalk adjacent to Mill Pond, and all other related activities whatsoever required to complete the roadway improvements
