Description

Scope of the project is to remove and replace an existing emergency generator at Steuben Residence Hall at SUNY Geneseo. An existing gas fired indoor 20 kW generator will be removed from service and replaced with a new, pad mounted, exterior, 100 KW gen-set. Scope will include asbestos abatement, new fuel gas piping, RGE gas-meter and service upgrades, concrete pad and fenced enclosure for new generator, and extension of generator exhaust stack above roof level of building.
