Description

To seek service of a qualified professional mechanical contractor to provide construction services to the Standish – Sterling Community School District for the replacement of a Roof Top Unit. Services will include the design, disconnect, demolition and replacement of the existing Community Center roof top unit. This is to be a turn key replacement and should include training on how to operate the RTU after installation. Control of the new unit shall communicate with the existing environmental operation system. Reuse of existing wiring/devices will be allowed provided the meet current electrical code standards.
