9-11 Russell Road Norwich, CT Lead Paint Hazard Control Property Rehabilitation Heating Bids are being sought for the project for the property located at: The residence at, 9-11 Russell Road, Norwich, Connecticut The City of Norwich Community Development Program is undertaking a lead-based paint hazard reduction project located at 9-11 Russell Road located in Norwich, Connecticut. The Site building consists of a two (2) family residential building. The interior of the dwelling along with the common and exterior areas have been comprehensively tested for lead-based paint. Toxic levels of lead-based paint were identified on various components and surfaces. There are no known lead-based paint abatement orders or notices ofviolation on the inspected building.
