Construction IDIQ

Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for construction services in accordance with the attached IDIQ Statement of Work for the ORD/R6 Lab Consolidation construction project, Ada, OK. A base Ordering period of five years shall commence on the date of contract award. An additional five-year ordering period, Option 1, may be exercised any time prior to the expiration of the base period and commence the day following the last day of the base period. IDIQ Contract Ceiling: The base five-year Ordering Period has a ceiling of $30,000,000.00; If option 1's additional five-year ordering period is exercised, the total contract ceiling shall be raised to $45,000,000.00. Total orders shall not exceed $45,000,000.00 over ten years. This contract award is issued pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5), and in accordance with the partnership agreement between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Small Business Administration. Although the SBA is not identified on the Standard Form 1442 award document, it is still the prime contractor on this contract.
