Description

This Project consists of a complete renovation of the existing space including, but not limited to, all finishes, fixtures, HVAC, fire alarm, plumbing, and lighting, and will be designed to provide flexible, multi-purpose programming. Support spaces will include accessible restrooms, a kitchen, a janitor’s closet, and an IT/server closet.
