Construct and provide high speed broadband (defined as 1 GBPS or one gigabyte per second or more) to areas of the County currently unserved or underserved by high speed broadband (less than 1 GBPS). One gigabyte per second has been selected as the standard for high speed broadband goals in Campbell County to assure full future capacity for healthcare, education, and economic development needs.
