| Description | The Project consists of constructing an 8-inch water main loop between the existing water mains at Trillium Theater and Laird Technologies, extending the 12-inch water main along the southwest side of Saginaw Road from Pepperwood Drive to the City of Grand Blanc Limits, and the construction of a 12-inch water main loop along Saginaw Road from the existing water main at Woodfield Parkway to the existing water main at Dixie Lodge. The project work includes open cut water main installation, bore and jack water main installation, and restoration.
