Roadway Reconstruction and Widening

The scope of the work shall consist of reconstruction and widening of mainline pavement, reconstruction of the center median, including shoulders and barrier wall, reconstruction of the Hinsdale Oasis Ramp C exit terminal, and Ramp F entrance terminal, Slope wall modifications at 55th Street (BN 253), slope wall modifications at 47th Street (BN 255), construction of new collectordistributor (CD) road between Mile Post 25.0 and Mile Post 25.5, storm sewer construction and drainage improvements, permanent and temporary erosion control measures, grading work, retaining wall construction, noise abatement wall construction, pavement marking and signage installation, installation of guardrail and concrete barrier, permanent and temporary lighting, ITS Gantry and Overhead Sign Structures, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) infrastructure and maintenance of traffic.
