Description

Provide Lawn Maintenance Services for the GHA properties, ICC, Gulf Breeze, Holland House, Scattered Sites and The Oaks I and IV. Work included: 1. Mowing, edging, weeding and trimming of lawn areas. 2. Weeding of mulched areas. 3. General site clean up; removal of trash and products of maintenance. 4. Submittal to Owner of maintenance instructions. 5. Pruning and trimming of trees and shrubs. 6. Application of fertilizer, insecticides, and herbicides.
