Description

Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for construction of a new 285- feet residential roadway section. The residential roadway section has 16 standard parking spaces and 2 accessible parking spaces along Van Buren Street west of Adams Street, underground power (including installation of all local service connections) and communication utilities, a 125 feet plaza extension (greater than 20 feet wide) for pedestrian and bicycle traffic, with decorative lighting (matching FAMU Way), a new bicycle rack, and decorative landscaping.
