Description

The project generally consists of the following improvements to the existing condominium building: The project consists of repairs to the stairs and entry deck of building C of the Chamonix at Woodrun Condo Building. Construction includes removal of concrete stairs and concrete and metal decking, cleaning and restoration of structural steel framing, reconstruction of stairs and deck with new concrete and metal decking, and new waterproofing. Work also includes repairs of a delaminated concrete wall area, salvage and replacement of handrails and guardrails, and restoration of finish materials.
