Boiler Tank Removal and Heat Exchangers Install

Removal of one (1) each domestic water storage tank, the installation of two (2) each instantaneous domestic heat exchangers, relocate the existing PK boiler, create a new 3 inch SCH 40 black iron closed loop heating hot water (HHW) system between the boiler and the heat exchangers, install new expansion tank, 10 gallon expansion tank, two (2) each inline pumps, domestic side piping, exhaust vent modifications if required or necessary for the existing PK boiler, pipe insulation and electrical. HHW shall be generated on a closed loop from the existing PK 1700VX hot water boiler for backup or redundancy purposes. The work covered by this SOW requires the contractor to provide a turnkey solution that includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, incidental works and professional design necessary to complete the project. The installation shall be per the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
