Lincoln Park Community Center Warming House

This is an interior remodel of an existing community center floor to accommodate a seasonal overnight warming shelter for the homeless. The remodel consists of reconfiguration of some walls, the addition of shower and toilet rooms, new finishes, and some new electrical and mechanical systems.
