| Description | The rehabilitation of the existing Daily Surface Lot to restore its condition, improve overall pavement life, and enhance the overall parking experience at JIA. To accomplish this goal, the anticipated rehabilitation methods will include, full depth asphalt milling, full depth reconstruction (select areas), re-shape and re-compact existing limerock base, 2” asphalt pavement paving, and new parking lot signage and pavement markings. The overall surface lot grade is anticipated to raise slightly following the rehabilitation; however, existing curbs, utilities and storm drainage structures will be protected. |
