Work includes building information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, access control, intrusion detection, Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS), sustainability, and energy enhancement measures. Supporting facilities include site development, grading, parking, utilities, lighting, paving, walks, curbs, storm drainage, landscaping, signage, physical security, and AT/FP. Demolition of existing facilities will be required. Offsite utility improvements include adding transformers to existing substation, electrical distribution lines, natural gas extension, and communications ductbank.
