**As of August 09,2022, project was awarded toZ Brothers Concrete, awarded amount is $650,443.99.** Dahmer Road Area Resurfacing Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000, payable unconditionally to Franklin Township, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for full amount of bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and that said Surety will furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of successful bidder's contract. All Bid Addenda and bid tabulations will be issued on the website and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A 40A: 11-23(c). All interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
