GTC - Exterior Window and Door Replacement on Select Academic Bldgs 123/122

**As of August 15 2023, project was awarded, start date is Mid of September and will be completed by end of this year** Base Bid work - complete removal and replacement of all glass fenestrations (windows and storefronts) and all exterior sealant joints for Building 123. Modifications, cleaning, and repairs to the interior finishes at/around the fenestrations and exterior masonry repairs and modifications are also included. ALT 1 includes the same scope of work as the Base Bid for the adjacent building, Building 122 and includes asbestos abatement of non-friable. Project Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build Bid Security is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. The successful Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Construction Cost Range: $1,600,000 to $1,900,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
