After bids are received the Town Manager and Purchasing Assistant may analyze whether vendors have submitted comparable bids and meet the requirements called for. In reviewing bids, the Town Manager and Purchasing Assistant may consider the past performance and service experience of the vendors. All bidders are advised that the Town of North Branford will affirmatively assure any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement. Minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and are encouraged to do so. The Town of North Branford is an Affirmative Action/EOE.
