Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) is seeking a contractor for a POWER PANEL UPGRADE - QCL I. Services rendered shall be based on a fixed firm price for the work detailed in the scope of work. The upgrade is to install ATS, generator connection cabinet, conduit & wire to QCL area, install power feed to 3rd chiller (West side of QCL I) at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory located in Batavia, IL Please see attachment APS-337469-GMG for further information on this opportunity. Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) is seeking a contractor for QCL I - POWER PANEL UPGRADE at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory located in Batavia, IL. This acquisition is being advertised as a 100% small business set-aside and as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procurement. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors Size Standards $16.5M. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Offerors are requested to submit questions relative to the RFP and should be submitted via email to ggomez@fnal.gov. All questions shall be submitted in writing no later than Friday December 2, 2022. For information purposes, FRA expects to make an award on or about January 20, 2023. The purpose of this edit is to incorporate Amendment No. 1: to include a site visit, to change the question due date and to change the proposal due date.
