Grading, Bituminous Surfacing

As of November 1, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The major quantities of work are as follows: Mill bituminous surface - 479,438 Square Yards, Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (3,B) - 70,900 tons, Common Excavation - 4,534 Cubic Yards, Traffic barrier design Type 31 - 390 lin. Ft., Turf establishment - 1.0 lump sum, and Broken and Solid paint - 413,084 lin. ft. Work shall be completed by October 15, 2022. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or corporate surety bond made payable to the Clearwater County Treasurer for at least five percent of the amount of the bid. The Clearwater County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any defects or irregularities therein which may be in the best interest of the County of Clearwater. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
