| Description | The Marshall University Office of Purchasing is soliciting bids to establish an open-end Asphalt contract for use on preventive maintenance and repair projects and new parking areas, sidewalks and roadways under the jurisdiction of the University’s Office of Public Safety. Marshall University generally will acquire property, demolish existing structures, (if necessary), and create parking lots. The open-end contract will be used to complete all work on the campus not directly associated with major construction projects. |
