Holding Cell Doors

The Township of Old Bridge is seeking proposals for the purchase and installation of Holding Cell Doors based on the following specifications: Holding Cell Doors - Quantity of (6) o Approximate dimensions of 28 3/4 " wide x 84 1/4 " high x 2" thick o Fabricated from 12-gauge steel o Internal stiffeners to prevent movement o Viewing panel of Polycarbonate Lexan with approximate dimensions of 6" wide x 21" high x 3/4 " thick o Will contain a lock pocket (facility will free issue detention locks) o Will contain a pull handle o Will contain a cuff port/wicket for hands only - 5" wide x 15" high o Cuff port/wicket will have a round slide bolt o There will be no frame - Doors will be attached to an existing manual driven top rack o Side grill wall and grill transom above track will be capped with 12-gauge steel Approximate dimensions of 58 1/2 " wide x 113 1/2 " high o Top portion will have a 2" flange with pre-drilled holes for mounting into existing I-beam o The 7" extension that will go between the block and existing grill wall will be mounted with security screw anchors o Along the opposite wall, there will be pre-drilled holes and will be tapped into the existing grill wall with security screws o Doors and capped walls will be powder coated flat black
