| Description | The Scope of Work generally consists of installing generators and transfer switch. Installation of two new 350 kW natural gas fired generators and new automatic transfer switch furnished by PCCA for the Ortiz Center facility. Scope of work generally consists of construction of a slab on grade concrete foundation for two generators, installation of two 350 kW natural gas fired generators and new 2,500 Amp automatic transfer switch, connection of facility electrical system to generator system, plumbing connections of natural gas service to generators, and testing and commissioning of system. Special work schedule will be required during the power switch over task. New generator units and automatic transfer switch will be furnished by PCCA. This is a lump sum bid item. |
