| Description | The City of Champaign is accepting quotes for Sidewalk Snow Removal Services for the 2022-23 winter ALL questions pertaining to this Request (RFP or RFQ) must be submitted in writing at least two (2) business days prior to the deadline for submission to: Cory Conrad Operations Manager City of Champaign 702 Edgebrook Drive Champaign, IL 61820 Email: cord.conrad@champaignil.gov The City reserves the right to terminate the selection process at any time, to reject any or all quotes and to award a contract in the best interest of the City of Champaign. This contract will augment snow removal services from sidewalks adjacent to City-owned property. Service would be requested at the sole discretion of the City, and only when City snow removal forces are unable to clear specified sidewalks in a reasonable period of time after a snow event. These properties are identified in Attachment A and located on the attached maps (Attachments B through L). The specifications of work include snow removal within 12 hours of notification by the Public Works Director or the Director's designee. |
