Arena Plaza Hardscape Improvements

General contractors for the addition of planter walls and updating bollards in the Arena Plaza area located at 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224. The scope of work includes all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required for the addition of planter walls and bollards throughout the pedestrian zone adjacent to the UNF Drive and Arena Plaza. The existing UNF Arena Plaza is located at the north end of University of North Florida (UNF) Drive and provides an outdoor public space for gatherings and public use throughout the year. This plaza is a significant feature to the University of North Florida campus. The existing landscape planter beds remain largely as-is with the exception of strategically placed brick-wrapped, cast-in-place concrete knee-walls with pre-cast caps.
