Debris Removal and Recycling for William B. Umstead State Park

Direct all inquiries concerning this IFB to: Dwayne Alston Procurement Specialist The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (hereafter, "Department"), on behalf of William B. Umstead State Park, Crabtree Section (hereafter "Park"), requires a qualified Vendor to provide delivery, pick-up and service for debris removal and co-mingled recycling at William B. Umstead State Park located at 8801 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27617. It shall be the responsibility of the awarded Vendor to provide, deliver, off-load and service each type of dumpster outlined in this IFB. The Contract shall have a term of one (1) year beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date"). At the end of the Contract's initial term, the State shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew the Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. The State will give the Vendor written notice of its intent to exercise each option no later than thirty (30) days before the end of the Contract's then-current term. In addition to any optional renewal terms, and with the Vendor's concurrence, the State reserves the right to extend the Contract after the last active term.
