8(a) Set-Aside - Heating Fuel Tank Custodian Services at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform heating fuel tank custodian services. Contractor must provide services ensuring the security, safety, accountability, timely and proper fuel distribution, maintenance, repairs and environmental protection requirements for fuel tanks located throughout Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.
