| Description | The Board of Education will accept the lowest responsible bid in accordance with the criteria set forth in Board Policy and under Ohio law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Midview Local School District Board of Education reserves the right to reject any part(s) of any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to be the sole judge of the merits and qualifications of services offered. Bids shall be made in duplicate and such bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked 2022 Security Camera Replacement Project, as well as the name and address of the bidder in the upper left hand corner. No bid may be withdrawn, after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, for at least sixty (60) days. |
