This is a invitation for bid for construction services to replace the HVAC system at Theodore Roosvelt National Park Painted Canyon Visitor Center. Theodore Roosvelt National Park Remove and Replace HVAC System This is a invitation for bids. The resulting contract is expected to be a firm fixed price construction contract. The complete specifications, drawings, provisions and clauses are available Project Description: The existing HVAC system for the approximately 4000 square-foot facility consists of three propane gas fueled furnaces and two condenser units. The units have exceeded their expected life cycle, are experiencing recurrent repair needs, and have increasing difficulty meeting acceptable heating and cooling levels within the building. Project Location: Painted Canyon Visitor Center, Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Medora, North Dakota. Magnitude of Project: Between $100,000 and $250,000. Bonds: Required as stated in Block 12. Schedule: The Government anticipates that the work will be completed in 120 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Wage Rates: Wage rate determinations (Construction) formerly known as the Davis Bacon Act are incorporated into the terms and conditions as an attachment. System for Award Management (SAM): The successful offeror must be registered in SAM and have current online Representation and Certifications.
