Description

Reroof the buildings with all new roofing material including, but not limited to: • Remove old coping metal and install new coping metal, • Install .50 mill Duro-last Duro fleece roof system with 15-year warranty • Install new HD Board • Flash up and over walls with .50 mil TPO • Remove and dispose of all debris. • Existing gutters and downspouts will remain in place • Include Material and Labor Warranty • Buildings will be operational during the construction and adequate safety measures must be taken to ensure employee and public safety for continued operations of the facilities
