Description This Project consists of a one-acre community garden that will be located within the existing Frisco Commons Park, west of a proposed Active Adult Center. The scope of work will include clearing, grading, and flatwork for an area to be used as a new Community Garden. Work will also consist of adding site furnishings, a storage/tool shed, and prepping site to be fully accessible to the public. Additionally, landscaping and a sidewalk connection to the existing trail on site will be constructed. The contractor will be responsible for, but not limited to installing concrete, bed preparation, landscape planting, and sod replacement.
