| Description | 1. Remove all roofing aggregate, membrane, roof Insulation, flashings, cant strips and sheet metal flashings down to the existing steel deck including removal of any items shown on the plans. (Section 070150). 2. Replace damaged wood component and install new where required and where indicated on the plans (Section 06100). 3. Install 3.5” Polyisocyanurate Foam Board and ½” Securock to the steel deck (Section 072216) 4. Install specified roof membrane, flashing system (Section 075216). 5. Install new sheet metal components (Section 076000). 6. Install new, hat channels, clips and wall panels where indicated on the plans. |
