| Description | The project shall be undertaken on-site completed within the Winter Break 2022 and No School Holidays during frst week of January 2023 (January 2, 2023 and January 3, 2023); the period available for work on-site is December 22, 2022 (after 12:00 noon) through January 3, 2023. It is anticipated that Award of Contract will be on or after August 29, 2022. Following Award of Contract the successful Contractor shall schedule any off-site work to proceed with any advanced work to allow completion of work within the specified time period. This work shall include any front end work including obtaining permits, submitting shop drawings and product data for review by Architect, and any other work that can be performed off-site. On-site mobilization at the High School may begin after 12:00 noon on December 22, 2022. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate. Millbury High School Fitness Room Renovations.
