| Description | Review of previous work completed along the trail corridor, site analysis to confirm or lead to modifications of the proposed scope of services, collection of feedback from stakeholders, permitters and partner agencies, which, together with other site investigations and necessary studies will be used to guide the services provided. Consultant will assist County staff with permitting requirements, engineer’s estimate, and plans and specifications to be used for bidding and construction of planned improvements. Consultant will provide support and assistance during the bidding and construction processes. Specific skills are anticipated to be needed include but are not limited to: Engineering (civil, structural, hydrological), Geotech, Survey, Wetland Review/Delineation, Permitting, and Construction Inspection. |
