Box 939 / 404 Washington Avenue, Anahuac, TX 77514. NO EMAILED OR LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND MUST HAVE A NOTARIZED NON-COLLUSION AFFIDAVIT OR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Sealed bid proposals received after this date and time, will be rejected and returned unopened. Faxed or emailed bids will NOT be accepted. Chambers County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it.
