| Description | Complete snow / ice removal services. It is understood that in addition to these services, all tasks not specifically listed but normally included in general snow / ice removal practices will be provided for the fees agreed to and included in a subsequent contract between the parties. The parking lot area to be plowed and salted is 96,615 square feet. There are approximately eight (8) catch basins and three (3) manholes. The sidewalk area to be plowed and salted is 10,215 square feet. Proposals must address snow removal and de-icing of the property pictured in the attachment, including the parking lot, driveways, circle drive, landings, and sidewalks. |
