Shellman Bluff Road and Belle Hammock Road, Water System Improvements

Contract number 1 shall consist of all items within Section 1000 and 2000 of the Bid Proposal (BP-3) and shall consist generally of the following: Installation of erosion and sediment control facilities, ±16,967 LF 6” C900 DR 18 PVC water main, ±87 EA ¾” service connection (transfer of service), ±19 fire hydrant assemblies, pavement removal and replacement, connection to existing water mains, and appurtenances. Contract number 2 shall consist of all items within Section 3000 of the Bid Proposal (BP-4) and shall generally of the following: Installation of one (1) 350 GPM Deep Well pump, chlorine equipment, fluoride equipment, pump house, electrical items, meter, piping, telemetry system, replacing the old oil lubed deep well pump in the County’s existing deep well with a new submersible turbine deep well pump, abandoning the Couny’s contaminated well with rock and grout, and associated appurtenances.
