Services Code Z1DA. Project Description: DB services to install new pump on existing OR chilled water loop. This solicitation will be evaluated on a Trade-Off basis. As stated elsewhere in this solicitation, this procurement is a two (2) Phase Design/Build IAW FAR Part 36.3. One solicitation will be issued covering both phases. In Phase I proposals will be evaluated to determine which offerors will submit proposals in Phase II. Block 13 A refers to Phase 1 Proposals. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). At the time of proposal submission, for both Phase 1 and Phase 2, interested contractors MUST be actively registered in the following databases: System for Award Management: https://www.sam.gov AND Vet Biz: https://www.vetbiz.gov. The cutoff for submission of RFIs for Phase I is November 30, 2022 at 10:00 AM EST. Phase I RFI's should address Phase I evaluation factors only. If Phase II questions are asked, they will deferred until Phase II.
