Bryan Armory Demolition Project

Contractor will provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies required for the proper execution of the demolition and abatement for this project, consisting of Buildings 1, 2-West and 2-East as per attached aerial view (Service Shop is excluded). Remove all debris and grade site using existing soils. Remove and properly dispose of the approximate amounts of the following asbestos containing materials from the above-mentioned building. 1. 33,000 sq. ft. of sheetrock walls & ceilings. 2. 24,000 sq.ft. of floor tile and black mastic. 3. 1575 sq. ft. of plaster ceilings & fur downs. 900 l/f of duct mastic. 4. 500 l/f of pipe insulation. 5. 500 sq. ft. of transite panels. 6. 50 l/f of trasite flue pipe. 7. 82 windows. 8. 4 vibration dampers. 9. 2 sinks.
