ICON Builders is seeking bids for the Stone Creek Ranch, a subdivision to be built at County Line Road and FM 1100 in Elgin, Texas. The project consists of 288 single family detached , duplex and triplex homes in 186 separate buildings. Other amenities includes walking trails, a green belt along with a central clubhouse and leasing facilities. Total gross area of the project is approximately 521,500 sf. The project is being owned, operated and built by the ITEX GROUP. Please review the Instructions to Bidders in the Documents tab for biddding information. We also request you fill out the provided BID FORM that should accompany your written proposal. We ask that all proposals be submitted to us by the end of the business day on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 5:00 pm. BIDS AFTER THAT TIME CANNOT BE ACCEPTED PER THE OWNER'S INSTRUCTIONS.
