RFP Construction Manager - SURF! Busway and Bus Rapid Transit Project

As of October 26, 2022 no award as been made, per owner award will be made in closer to December 2022. The objective of the RFP is the selection of a CM/GC Contractor licensed in California to provide pre-construction and construction services. The objective of the pre-construction services is to improve constructability, identify potential cost saving design alternatives and construction methods, identify and mitigate design and construction risks and coordinate with operators and stakeholders during the design phase. The objectives for construction are to negotiate a fair and reasonable TCP for a Construction Services that provides cost and schedule certainty, improves agency and public communications, reduces changes and claims shares risk, reduces public impacts, and completes the Project within budget.
