Downtown Data Center Landscape and Snow Removal Services

Providers for landscaping and snow removal services. Landscaping to begin mid-March or early April depending on when the snow has melted from the grounds and will continue through the spring and summer in to fall. To end mid-October depending on when the snow arrives approx. 26 weeks. The Data Center and the awarded vendor will coordinate the start date of the Landscaping. 1. Mowing; to be performed weekly and include light trash removal of areas prior to mow. Clippings will be mulched by machine. Trimming to be done around all obstacles (tree rings, beds, etc.) of landscape areas. Edging to be performed along all hard surfaces of turf areas. Blowing of all hard surfaces of debris caused by mow services. 2. Weeding; to be performed weekly and include removal of all weeds 2" and above from beds weekly, line trim weeds in cracks of hard surfaces of adjoining landscape areas, and weeding tree rings. 3. Irrigation Inspection; Property will be inspected on a weekly basis to evaluate proper and adequate coverage. Any needed repairs will be reported to management. **Diagnostics, Repairs and Materials not included. 4. Power Detailing; Manual detail of property, hard edges grass over growth in plant beds, hard edge tree rings, heavy trash removal. Shrub trim not included. 5. Aeration; core aerification to all turf areas performed in the spring, plug clean up in not required.
