Mosquito Creek Landscaping

The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for roadside development and landscape restoration for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: December 15, 2023 FINAL COMPLETION: December 30, 2023 Bid Bond payable to the State of Oregon in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Offer. The selected Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) of the awarded Contract Price, executed in favor of the State of Oregon, to ensure faithful performance of the Contract and payment for labor and materials. The Davis-Bacon rates and the BOLI rates included in ITB Project Wage Rates will be inserted in this section in the resulting contract. ODOT reserves the right to reject any Bid that is unreadable.
