Wasson Hall is located at 64 Horseshoe Drive and Stanley Hall is located at 32 Park Row, on the State Office Complex site. This project consists of, but is not limited to: Stanley and Wasson Hall Deconstruction project is a planned, controlled, deconstruction and disposal of the two buildings at 32 Park Row(Stanley Hall) and 64 Horseshoe Drive(Wasson Hall) on the Waterbury State Office Complex site. Deconstruction and disposal shall be performed per State of Vermont regulations. Site restoration includes fill, finish grading, vegetation, and new sidewalk. |
